At The Fitness Studio, Esher, we offer a Master’s programme designed to older adults gain energy, strength, mobility and a new confidence to continue to enjoy hobbies, work and social life to the full!

 

Our free trial sessions are running Mondays from 21st October – 4th November for you to come meet the team, see the space and join in with a class!

Small Group Classes

Group indoor fitness classes using the equipment in our wonderful gym in Esher. Peter designs workouts that are suitable for both those who are starting from a lower base of fitness to those who are stepping up to more challenging sessions.

Space to rest

Our members-only gym in Esher is supplied with break-out spaces to rest and recuperate should you need it. We are also equipped with an on-site café for post-workout relaxation and socialising. Plus, we provide members with a calendar of community events, such as outdoor walks, educational talks and fun seasonal events to enjoy with fellow members.

Functional fitness

Our Masters classes are fun and accessible gym sessions that are designed to build functional fitness – that is strength, movement and fitness for real life. For those who have never lifted weights to those who love building strength and fitness this way, these sessions are safe and exciting workouts, adapted to your ability.

Health issues?

Don’t worry. We can work around most health concerns or mobility challenges. We just need to be informed of any health issues you have in our one-to-one assessment when you contact us.
