On 7th June, we were proud to send three teams, made up of 12 of our members, to compete in the Girls Gone Rx competition. The event brought together athletes from across the region to test their strength, endurance, teamwork and determination in a series of challenging workouts.

For many of our competitors, the day was about much more than the final leaderboard. It was an opportunity to step outside their comfort zones, support one another, and showcase the incredible progress they have made through their training. The atmosphere throughout the event was inspiring, with competitors cheering each other on and demonstrating the strong sense of community that makes events like these so special.

We were especially excited to debut our brand-new team merchandise. Our athletes looked fantastic in the new kit, proudly representing our community throughout the competition. The new apparel not only helped our teams stand out but also reflected the pride, commitment and team spirit that we share both inside and outside the gym.

The results were outstanding, with our teams finishing 5th, 8th and 9th out of 12 teams. This achievement was made even more impressive by the fact that several of our athletes were taking part in their very first competition. To step onto the competition floor for the first time can be daunting, but every member rose to the challenge with determination, resilience and a fantastic attitude. To see all three teams finish in the top nine is a testament to the hard work they have put into their training and the support they give one another.

We are incredibly proud of all 12 athletes who represented us on the day. Their commitment, courage and team spirit were evident in every workout, and they embodied everything that our community stands for.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who supported our teams, whether by cheering from the sidelines, helping with preparation, or following along from home. Congratulations to all our competitors on an incredible performance. We can’t wait to see what the future holds and are already looking forward to our next competition adventure.
