Over the next month, you will receive a short video every day to start you off on your journey to maximum wellness and happiness. You will receive an email much like this one with a link to your daily video, in addition, your video will become live in your member area on the website on the day you receive it in the email.

- and I have called the last week Thinking About You – Relaxation, Fun & Space.

Finally – to really get going on this journey you can start your Food and Mood diary. As the weeks go by and you watch the videos, you will see how vital nutrition is to living a comfortable and happy midlife. Getting this right won’t happen over night but this is a great start to get the basics in place. You can access a diary to complete here. To really get the most out of this process here are some guidelines to filing it in.
- The mood aspect is optional – I will be looking mostly at the nutrition side of things with you but you might find the mood part of it helpful.
- Write down every single thing you eat and drink and I mean EVERYTHING, including the corner of your Childs’ fish finger or the sip of your friends wine you pinch!
- Please be 100% honest – I expect I have seen worse nutrition than yours and I’m here to help you improve it – if I can see what you really are eating and drinking we are going to get the best possible results. It’s also interesting for you to see it too – sometimes we aren’t really aware of exactly what we are eating.
