On 13th December, we proudly sent three teams of four athletes to take part in the Girls Gone RX competition held in Battersea — a high-energy, all-female fitness event that blends community, challenge, and charity.

Girls Gone RX isn’t just about fitness challenges, every event benefits the charity Compete for a Cure, which helps women with a breast cancer diagnosis stay connected with their fitness communities and access specialised support — from rehabilitation experts to nutritionists and therapists — so they can thrive throughout and after treatment.

The event consisted of 4 team workouts over the day, mixing classic CrossFit-style movements across weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular work.

Girls Gone RX isn’t only about personal bests and finishes — it’s about lifting each other up. The energy on the day was all about support, achievement, and shared purpose, with fundraising also contributing to the overall event experience and scores. There were lots of PB, lots of cheering, and plenty of high-fives throughout the day!

A huge congratulations to all our competitors who represented us with grit and heart — and a big thanks to everyone who supported their fundraising efforts for such an important cause!
