On Friday 20th February, ten of our members enjoyed a private sauna session at Saunanature Spa, for an immersive experience led by an expert sauna master.
The evening was more than just heat and steam — it was intentional time set aside for self-care, reflection, connection, and restoration. Guided sauna rituals encouraged us to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully switch off from the demands of everyday life. Between sauna rounds, we cooled off, rehydrated, shared conversations, and embraced the simple luxury of being present.
At the heart of what we promote is the belief that wellbeing isn’t a one-off event — it’s a practice. Taking time for yourself. Creating space to reflect. Strengthening friendships. Prioritising relaxation. These are not indulgences; they are essentials, especially in midlife when balance becomes more important than ever.
Experiences like this reinforce why we champion self-care so strongly. Stepping away from busy schedules to reconnect — both with ourselves and each other — leaves a lasting impact that goes far beyond a single evening.
It’s fair to say we truly practice what we preach.
