On 24th March, 20 members gathered for a calming and restorative sound bath session, taking an hour out of their day to properly switch off and recharge.
The session was all about deep relaxation. After getting settled and comfortable, participants were immersed in calming waves of sound created by the gong, Himalayan singing bowls, and crystal bowls. The layered tones helped quiet busy minds and gently ease the body into a restful state.
The idea was simple—just lie back and relax while the sounds do the work. Many people found their tension melting away, their breathing becoming slower and deeper, and a real sense of calm setting in.
By the end of the session, there was a clear feeling of relaxation in the room, with members heading off feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
